Katherine is a writer and strategic communications consultant as well as being mum to two children, one of whom is severely disabled.
As a storyteller and campaigner, Katherine advocates for better futures for families with disabled children to live fulfilled and happy lives as a valued and included part of mainstream work and social culture.
Katherine’s writing has appeared on Mumsnet, Huffington Post, BBC Ouch, local and national press and she has been interviewed on Huffington Post Live, BBC Radio Cornwall and Heart FM.
An engaging speaker and writer, Katherine is open to paid commissions as well as facilitating training for employers in supporting carers in their workforce and for health & social care professionals on working collaboratively with families.
